Notice Description

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a service provider(s) for the supply of Resettlement Support Services across Derbyshire, excluding Derby City. This requirement is in two Lots - Lot 1 - Integration and Support Services for Resettlement Schemes (including UK Resettlement, Afghan Resettlement, etc.); and Lot 2 - Mediation, Re-matching, and General Support Services for Homes for Ukraine (HFU) Scheme

Lot Information

Integration and Support Services for Resettlement Schemes (including UK Resettlement, Afghan Resettlement, etc.)

The Integration and Support Service (Lot 1) will provide a keyworker service to refugees who arrive under formal central government refugee resettlement schemes, including the UKRS, ARAP, and ACRS schemes.

Renewal: Both Lots will commence on 1 June 2025 for an initial period of two years. Subject to a number of factors, including funding, there may be an option to extend for a further two years in one year extension periods.

Mediation, Re-matching, and General Support Services for Homes for Ukraine (HFU) Scheme

The Mediation, Re-matching, and General Support Services (Lot 2) will provide support to Ukrainians welcomed into the county under the HFU scheme to find a new host placement. This will also include providing mediation support, information, and advice to both hosts and Ukrainian guests.

Renewal: Both Lots will commence on 1 June 2025 for an initial period of two years. Subject to a number of factors, including funding, there may be an option to extend for a further two years in one year extension periods.
