This notice is confirmation of an award having been made due to an urgent circumstance. The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board has awarded a contract under the PSR Urgent Award process. The providers are chosen via a complex panel which includes the child/young person's social workers. This service is for the registered General Practice population of Wakefield District. PS0 cost per individual young person, depending on their needs Period of 12 month award 01/02/2024 - 31/01/2025.
