The procedure was conducted under the Light Touch Regime and broadly followed the process for a Competitive Procedure With Negotiation.
Options: The initial contract period is for 36 months at a value of PS12,500,000 with the first 6 months reserved for mobilisation. Two further 12 month extension periods are available at a value of PS5,000,000 each, exercised at the discretion of the MOPAC. There is also the capacity to increase the contract value by PS6,750,000 should additional funding become available, at the discretion of the MOPAC.
