    "description": "The Council believes that Lots 2 & 3 of this tender are subject to TUPE (\"Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 as amended\" and related enactments). Bidders must obtain their own independent legal advice to satisfy themselves of the applicability of the regulations. The deadline for tender return cannot be changed. A prior information notice was issued and a market engagement event was undertaken in January 2025 regarding this procurement. Please note that the evaluation process will include interview/presentation, the date to be confirmed. The Vale of Glamorgan Council has declared a Climate and Nature emergency and is committed to working with suppliers that contribute to our journey towards Net Zero Carbon. Tenders may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than a tender submitted in English.
