The following criteria informed the decision: Quality and innovation: 30% Value: 20% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability: 20% Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice: 20% Social Value: 10% Representations by providers must be made to jane.hamlet@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk within 8 working days from the publication date of this notice.
