The NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board is overseeing a public procurement process for the provision of the "Crisis Cafe Hestia - Hestia Housing and Support" service, concentrating on psychiatrist or psychologist services. This procurement falls under the services category and is intended to deliver psychologically informed crisis intervention services as part of a mental health recovery pathway integrated with NHS services. The service location is primarily for North Central London residents, although it extends to individuals registered with an NCL GP surgery. The procurement method employed is a direct award under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, effective from April 1, 2025, with a one-year contract duration ending on March 31, 2026, and a lifetime contract value of £120,000. Key dates related to contract amendments and awards occurred throughout early 2025, with the most recent tender update recorded on May 13, 2025.

This tender presents a business growth opportunity particularly suited for organisations specialised in mental health services and offering innovative, high-quality interventions. Businesses with a history of integrating with NHS frameworks and those capable of delivering collaborative community health services would find this opportunity favourable. Companies that can demonstrate value for money, while promoting social value and reducing health inequalities, are well-placed to leverage this contract for development and expansion in the health service sector within London.
