Lot 1
APHA requires the following level of service as listed against each Equipment / serial number
Service Description: "RC Site MDTV PM"
- Includes one (1) onsite Planned Maintenance per year during which Multiplex Dynamic Temperature Verification (MDTV) service will be performed.
- Digital remote support, and access to technical support (Monday - Friday,
standard business hours).
Service Description: "AB Assurance 1PM"
- One (1) Planned Maintenance service visit per annum.
- Includes all parts, labour and travel for unlimited breakdowns.
- One calibration kit for qPCR instruments.
- Fast Response time - Engineer on site usually within 48 working hours for
breakdowns (guaranteed on site in 72 working hours).
- Free access to Technical and Application Support Helplines.
- Guaranteed call back within three (3) working hours for breakdowns.

- Includes unlimited breakdowns throughout the service plan period.
- Includes all parts, labour and shipment for bre
Procurement Information
Life Technologies are the original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) and hold exclusive rights to software updates and maintenance procedures for the Equipment. They provide OEM-certified parts and own the intellectual property rights to the software, thus preventing other providers from using it. <br/><br/>Life Technologies is the sole provider for service contracts and equipment updates.
