Any reference in this document to the BBC shall be deemed to include a reference to the BBC Group and constituent entities unless the context requires otherwise. Press Monitoring - monitoring of specified keywords and topics within print content and mainstream online news, trade, consumer, local and regional media including delivery of results and reports to the BBC. Human-driven Evaluation and Analysis - the evaluation and analysis of the results of monitoring through human review, including delivery of results and reports to the BBC; and Evaluation and Analysis - automated assessment of the media monitoring results data including instant user access to reports on the BBC.
