Primary Care GP Quality Contract to be delivered to NHS GM ICB. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. This contract will be for 12-months from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025. This contract has been awarded to 26 GP practices.

The schemes are developed to address inequalities across population health and support specialty areas such a mental health, diabetes, child health, vaccinations, CVD, Diabetes and Anti-microbial Stewardship (AMS) and associated preventative measures with training / education. These contracts are to be renewed with all General Practices (Inc. PCN's and/or GP Federations) within Greater Manchester for 24/25. The total value of this contract will be PS1,838,419. This contract has been awarded to 26 GP practices. The Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice for Direct Award Process C.
