Notice Description
The requirement for a comprehensive fire risk assessment programme for LCRCA estates. The programme is expected to identify fire hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend measures to enhance fire safety and compliance with relevant legislation. In addition, there is a requirement to provide suitable fire strategies alongside the Fire Risk Assessments ("FRAs").
