Decision making report authored by the Contract Manager, Mental Health Transformation Manager and Director of Operational Delivery and Performance and agreed by the Kirklees Senior Leadership Team of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board on 09/12/24. No conflicts of interest were declared by the authors or authorisers of the report.",
