The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The emphasis on personalised care and access to prevention-focused interventions ensures value is delivered to meet individual needs effectively. Moreover, the strategic role of Active Dorset in leading and directing individuals to local services and clubs further underlines their value proposition.<br/>Integration, collaboration, and service sustainability , 20% - The Active Dorset team are already well integrated with our outpatient teams, a data sharing MOU is in existance to enable us to capture and evidence future outcomes.
