This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of<br/>the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>The decision to use Regulation 14 to award under urgent circumstances was made due to the need to ensure continuity of services and to address risks to public and patient safety. Failure to provide this service will mean that vulnerable patients will have to use mainstream GP practices who are already under pressure to deliver services to patients. The service is set up to address the specialist and increased health care needs of the specific population and allows resources to be targeted through one provider rather than multiple GP practices.<br/><br/>There were no declared or potential conflicts of interest.<br/><br/>The decision makers for this process are Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) Procurement Panel.",
