WP4081 - Supply and Delivery of HWRC Skips
Notice Description
Walsall Council wishes to procure a supplier for supply and delivery of skips, intended to be used continuously at a Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) in Walsall. This tender opportunity is for Purchase of skips and does not include hire options. Before completing any of the documents, the Bidders must ensure they are able to meet the minimum requirements stated in Section C. The Council is looking to appoint the highest scoring supplier for this Contract but reserves the right to award to the second highest scoring supplier for remaining quantity of skips, where the highest scoring supplier is unable to supply and deliver the total quantity of skips stated in Appendix 3. The Council reserves the right to call-off from the Contract any quantities of additional skips during the Contract Period.
