Notice Description

Capital City College (referred to as CCCG) currently operates two contracts for outsourced cleaning services, both contracts will expire on 31 July 2025 and CCCG are seeking to use this procurement as an opportunity to consolidate expenditure with one supplier for all sites. Proposals are therefore requested for the multisite outsourced cleaning service of a large FE establishment in central London 52 weeks per annum starting 01.08.2025. Renewal: The proposed contract will operate for an initial two-year term commencing 01 August 2025 with three options to extend in one-year increments (or as agreed between the parties) up to a maximum term ending 31 July 2030 subject to satisfactory performance and an agreement of rates.
