Notice Description
for providing all necessary professional services required to deliver: * Phase 1 Structural Condition Surveys & FRAEW surveys on 8 No high rise buildings in Southampton (Thornhill and International Way) and * FRAEW surveys only to a further 4 No high-rise buildings in Southampton (12 Total). all as more fully described within this suite of bidding documents. All requirements are to support the City Council's obligations in respect of the Building Safety Act 2022 and allied legislation.

Procurement Information
Expressions of interest were sought from all those appointed to Portsmouth City Council's Building Safety Consultancy Framework (Find a Tender Contract Notice: 2023/S 000-012406 & Find a Tender Contract Award Notice: 2023/S 000-037150 refer). Invitations to Tender ("ITT") were then offered to all three companies who had expressed an interest in bidding for the delivery of this service as described; all administered through Southampton City Council's Proactis e-sourcing portal. Invitations were issued to on the 8th October 2024 with a return date of 8th November 2024. the submissions were evaluated and moderated. standstill commenced 31st January 2025 and the contract has been awarded 13th February 2025
