This includes nurse-led clinic provision for physical health monitoring of CYP, and medical assessment and advice for the physical elements holistic of eating disorders care. Children and young people from 0-17 years and 11 months who have been referred by CAMHS clinician/psychiatrist for physical health monitoring relating to an eating disorder. At 18 years the young person will transition to the adult eating disorder service. Child/young person must be registered with a GP in BNSSG.
