Notice Description
Provision of a fully managed fleet management service for National Gas, covering company cars, light commercial vehicles, HGVs and specialist plant equipment. The contract includes fleet administration, vehicle lifecycle management, maintenance and repair, accident management, supplier management, reporting, governance and associated fleet support services to enable safe, compliant and cost-effective fleet operations across the business.
Lot Information
Contract Lifting services for the geographic region of Cornwall
Provision of a fully managed fleet management service for National Gas, covering company cars, commercial vehicles, HGVs and specialist plant equipment, including fleet administration, maintenance management, accident management, reporting and associated support services
Options: The initial contract term will be four (4) years. National Gas reserves the right to extend the contract by up to two (2) additional periods of two (2) year each, at its sole discretion, subject to satisfactory performance, operational requirements and continued business need.
Contract Lifting services for the geographic region of DevonLot 2 - The supply, installation, commissioning and warranty of replacement gas appliances (boilers, fires, cookers) plus associated pipework, ventilation and enabling works arising from Lot 1 visits.
Options: 2 year extension
Logistics approach to nationwide transport of equipment (multi region/national)Provision of nationwide transport services of equipment to and from South West Water operational sites.
Options: Extend up to 5 years
Lot 4 - East AngliaLot 4 - East Anglia BAU Each lot will encompass core land services activities including, but not limited to: * Gaining consents and easements * Managing planning matters * Supporting mains renewal and reinforcement schemes * Liaising with landowners and stakeholders

Lot 6: Specialist and Complex ServicesLot 6: Specialist and Complex Services This national lot will focus on high-risk, high-complexity land matters that require specialist knowledge and experience. Services under this lot may include: * Statutory Orders (e.g., Compulsory Purchase Orders, Development Consent Orders) * Loss of Development Value claims * Mineral rights and compensation * Complex negotiations and dispute resolution
Options: Extend up to 5 years
