Lot 1 - West

The St Fergus T3 Valves Project comprises the detailed design, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of critical gas transmission valve assets at the St Fergus Terminal. The works involve the replacement and refurbishment of valves and associated mechanical, civil, electrical and control systems infrastructure, together with supporting pipework modifications, asset integrity improvements, commissioning activities and handover documentation to ensure the continued safe, reliable and efficient operation of the National Gas transmission network. Lot 2 - East

Lot 2 (East) covers East Midlands, East of England & North London Pipeline diversions typically larger than 24" in diameter and longer than 500m and including tunneling/HDD. Significant above ground installation works including new build, rebuild, capacity upgrades. The Capex Programme Delivery Framework has been established to provide design, planning, and construction services that support Cadent's Capital Expenditure programmes throughout the RIIO-3 period and potentially beyond. This Framework will play a key role in delivering investments that enhance, expand, and maintain the networks Cadent operates. It also supports the diversion or modification of existing assets, often in response to third-party requests driven by construction, infrastructure, and property development projects. The scope of work may include both primary and secondary construction, decommissioning, and the removal or disposal of redundant assets and associated infrastructure. Partners will also contribute to Cadent's asset management objectives through design optimisation and the integration of new technologies and equipment.

Lot 3 - Complex

The Capex Programme Delivery Framework has been established to provide design, planning, and construction services that support Cadent's Capital Expenditure programmes throughout the RIIO-3 period and potentially beyond. This Framework will play a key role in delivering investments that enhance, expand, and maintain the networks Cadent operates. It also supports the diversion or modification of existing assets, often in response to third-party requests driven by construction, infrastructure, and property development projects. The scope of work may include both primary and secondary construction, decommissioning, and the removal or disposal of redundant assets and associated infrastructure. Partners will also contribute to Cadent's asset management objectives through design optimisation and the integration of new technologies and equipment. Covering across all 5 of Cadent's Networks; Northwest, West Midlands, East Midlands, East of England & North London Pipeline diversions typically below 24" in diameter and less than 500m with no major tunneling requirements Upgrades and replacements of components or processes on above ground installation such as pre-heat.
