Notice Description
SNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D and B contracts (and, for Lots 4,8 and 12) JCT Construction Management Contract and in accordance with our Employers Requirements. This framework will be split across 3 geographic regions, West, South, London and East, with value bands within the regions as follows: Lot 1 up to PS15 MillionLot 2 PS15 Million to PS45 MillionLot 3 Over PS45 MillionLot 4 Construction ManagementThere will be a maximum of 12 lots in total.

London and East Region - Up to PS15 Million
