This framework will be split across 3 geographic regions, West, South, London and East, with value bands within the regions as follows: Lot 1 up to PS15 MillionLot 2 PS15 Million to PS45 MillionLot 3 Over PS45 MillionLot 4 Construction ManagementThere will be a maximum of 12 lots in total.

Lot Information

London and East Region - Up to PS15 Million

SNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D and B contracts (and, for Lots 4,8 and 12) JCT Construction Management Contract) and in accordance with our Employers Requirements.This Lot (Lot 1) is for London and East region and is for works up to a value of PS15 Million. Additional information: Because of the current state of the market, uncertainties over our pipeline, land availability and the unknown volume of other Social Housing Providers using the framework agreement over the framework period, the value of the frame work in the notice and in this lot is not an accurate estimate of the value of works to be awarded and the total spend could vary considerably.

London and East Region - PS15 Million to PS45 Million

SNG wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D and B contracts (and, for Lots 4,8 and 12) JCT Construction Management Contract) and in accordance with our Employers Requirements. This Lot (Lot 2) is for London and East region and is for works with a value between PS15 Million to PS45 Million. This Lot (Lot 3) is for London and East region and is for works over PS45 Million.
