Lot 1
The Trust intends to enter into a contract with Axlab ltd for the provision of a fully automated
system for the sectioning of wax tissue blocks including mounting onto glass slides and
labeling the slides for further staining. The Trust believes there are no other suppliers able to
offer this specialist equipment, the provision of which is unique and exclusive to Axlab Ltd, as
the supplier of the equipment. Additional information: The Trust intends to enter into a contract with Axlab ltd for the provision of a fully automated
system for the sectioning of wax tissue blocks including mounting onto glass slides and
labeling the slides for further staining. The Trust believes there are no other suppliers able to
offer this specialist equipment, the provision of which is unique and exclusive to Axlab Ltd, as
the supplier of the equipment. The Trust will now observe a ten day standstill period starting 21/02/2025, The standstill period will end on the 03/03/2025. The contract will be entered into on the 04/03/2025.
