A placement made for 2 weeks detoxification and 12 weeks residential rehabilitation for the service user between July - October 2024 +12 options weeks Direct award process B is utilised as the patient has a choice of providers. The service is an existing service The provider is an existing provider
Options: A 12 week extension of a residential rehabilitation placement. The extension will enable the service user to commence a community living skills programme to appropriately prepare them for discharge from residential rehabilitation and to increase the likelihood of a successful completion.
