The house at Grafton Lock is subject to high water tables during the winter when it is very wet and flood water has caused the hardstanding areas around the back of the house to crack and fail causing a trip hazard. The project is to remove and replace the concrete hardstanding to the rear entrance and undertake repairs to the drainage runs to the septic tank. Grafton Lock House, Grafton, Nr Letchlade, OX18 2RY An open morning to view the site has been arranged for Thursday 20th March 11am-1pm.
