    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Each of these elements are considered fundamental to the delivery of the service, and are assessed as having equal weighting as part of the decision making. Commissioners also considered the relative importance of each of the key criteria. In assessing this, a decision was reached that each of the criteria should be considered as having equal weight, owing the need for a holistic service offer that satisfies each of the criteria. These key criteria were selected on this basis (of course, the full service spec outlies additional service requirements beyond these criteria).",
