M&E Asset Capture and Statutory Based PPM Planner
Notice Description
The City of Liverpool College is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to undertake a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Asset Capture survey across five college sites, with the development of an associated Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) planner. This work will support statutory compliance, informed asset management, and preparation for future CAFM system integration.
Planning Information
Site visits can be arranged on 15th & 16th April 2025 with no set times as companies can come and go and be escorted within the College by our FT's (Facility Technicians). There are 6 x attachments for this market engagement but the Find a Tender platform does not allow you to attach anything, please contact Tina via the info below and the attachments can be emailed to interest companies. PLEASE NOTE: All visitors to the College need to be booked in and, due to the Easter holidays coming up around this time all interested companies must be booked in before 4.30pm on 10th April 2025.
