The mental health and wellbeing of the residents is also supported to avoid impact on other service providers.

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS492,388 Contract term - 01/04/2025 - 31/03/2026 (contract term may be extended by one (1) year).
Options: Contract contains an option to extend by one (1) year.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.
