Under the PSR Direct Award C "incumbent provider" this is necessary to direct award a short term contract to ensure continuity of care and provision to vulnerable children whilst substantive recruitment continues.

Options: There is an option to extend this contract by a further period until the end of Term 1 2025/26 where necessary in order to ensure continuity of care for a vulnerable cohort of children whilst active substantive recruitment continues.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 31 March 2025.
