The areas considered a review of:<br/>- Delivering of the KPIs <br/>- Review of evidence of patient improvement at review 12 months following completion of the course<br/>- Effectiveness of provider to be responsive to both patient requirements and commissioner requests<br/>- Provider innovation, rolling out new courses to support less easy to reach groups, such as offering Urdu, Gujarati and Hindi speaking courses.",
