Planning Information
In December 2024, we conducted initial market engagement with several suppliers to assess their capabilities and gain insights into the market. We are now seeking broader market input to refine the strategy for a potential tender. We encourage interested suppliers to register their interest in this project and submit any questions via the sourcing portal or by email. Suppliers who believe a meeting is necessary should provide evidence of their capability to deliver the digital aerial surveys coupled with LiDAR by sending a message through the sourcing portal or by email. To ensure productive discussions, we kindly ask suppliers to submit relevant questions in advance. All Q&A raised during the process will be shared in the tender package. The Authority reserves the right to amend or withdraw this opportunity.
