The Programme's objectives require strengthening community ties and capabilities to counter exploitation, thereby empowering the community and reducing vulnerability to paramilitary controls. Such a contract is highly suitable for SMEs (small and medium enterprises) and VCSE (voluntary, community and social enterprises) organisations, encouraging innovative approaches and grassroots involvement in community safeguarding initiatives.

Notice Description

The Executive Office (TEO) is seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of an Addressing Exploitation programme within the Derry / Londonderry CIT Area; this relates to the Brandywell and Creggan (maps of the designated areas are attached at Annex A of the Specification).
