Summary of the contracting process

The Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), based in London, has completed its procurement process for the Minerva Programme FM Asset Management & Property Technology continued support. This contract falls under the services category, specifically technical analysis and consultancy services. The key objectives include the development of FM Asset Management and supporting property technology. Following the tender stage, the contract has been awarded as of 6th March 2025 to Best Practice Group plc for a value of £875,000.
