Options: Option to implement an emergency accommodation solution that meets the needs of Service Users. Option to increase or decrease the number of accommodation units to be provided under the Contract. Option to modify where the Council determines that it is in the best interest of an individual Service User to remain in their established placement beyond the date of termination of the Agreement.

Renewal: Two, 2 year extension periods are available, subject to satisfactory performance, budget availability and on-going requirements for the service.
