No conflicts of interest were identified during the award of this contract. Evidence was provided as part of the service and provider assessment for each of the following areas - Quality and Innovation, Value, Integration, Collaboration and service sustainability, Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice and Social value. These were all considered as part of the whole.",
