Notice Description

Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Insights for Behaviour Insights, Engagement and Research. The DPS will operate solely by competition. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS must submit a Participation Request; this will include a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and all supporting documents. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS have 2 options: Option 1 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request at initial creation of the DPS. Option 2 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request following initial creation of the DPS and/or at any time throughout its duration. The number of contractors submitting a Participation Request and the number of contractors approved to participate in the DPS will not be limited.
