Notice Description
Household voucher fulfilment. Clarion requires a supplier to provide a fulfilment solution for our household grant awards to residents by authorised Clarion staff, ordering via a digital portal. Vouchers include fuel and food vouchers for digital devices and household items.
Procurement Information
Clarion is purchasing repeat services and goods from the existing supplier, Charis. No other company can provide such a wide variety of vouchers. Charis offers everything from fuel and food vouchers to digital devices and household items. Given this wide variety, it makes sense for Clarion to continue with Charis as a supplier. This justifies a direct award under the Procurement Act 2023, as Charis appears to be the only supplier capable of meeting such diverse needs.
