The notice relates to Medical Analysis Services and is for a Cloud-based 12-Lead ECG Interpretation service in Merton. This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C. The approximate life time value of the contract is PS25,000 excluding VAT (PS25,000 per annum). Contract start date: 01 March 2025 Contract end date 28 February 2026
Options: The initial contract term will be 6 months with the option to extend for a further 6 months at the sole discretion of the Relevant Authority.

The existing provider demonstrated capability in meeting all five key criteria. All scored and pass/fail criteria were met by the provider to whom the relevant authority intends to award the contract. The provider has satisfied the requirements of the original contract and the proposed contracting arrangements are not undergoing significant changes.",
