Key criteria considered in the decision making process include: Quality & Innovation (20%) Value: In terms of the balance of costs, overall benefits and the financial implications of an arrangement (20%) Integration, collaboration and service sustainability (20%) Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice (20%) Social Value (20%) Conflict of Interest Assessments have been completed for this procurement & no conflicts were identified.",
