Medical Practice and related services<br/><br/>Provides a joined up holistic approach to lifestyle changes working in deprived communities to promote physical activity through a course of Personal Trainer-facilitated exercise classes and a healthy diet through a course of nutritional therapy sessions. Advanced health check and intervention, in addition to signposting to other free resources out of the Living Centre and Council supported initiatives.
