The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. There is no uplifts added to the baseline costings within the 2 year period from 31st March 2025 to 30th March 2027. This contract is exempt from VAT in accordance with the charitable status of Cobalt Health.",
