The criteria used to award the contracts was mapped to the five Key Criteria as follows: (1) Quality and Innovation: 19.00% (2) Value: 32.00% (3) Integration, collaboration and service sustainability: 10.00% (4) Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice: 29.00% (5) Social value: 10.00%. All scored and Pass/Fail criteria including the Basic Selection Criteria Questionnaire were met.",
