    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 28 April 2025 by email to procurement@manchester.gov.uk. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.' The award decision-makers are officers in the Department of Public Health at Manchester City Council. No conflicts of interest or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision were declared. In its decision-making, the Council considered the following key criteria in its assessment: - Quality and Innovation (20%) - Value (20%) - Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability (20%) - Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice (20%) - Social Value (20%) In its assessment against the Key Criteria, the decision-makers conducted a review of the service provided under the current contract as well as submissions from the existing provider regarding the future contract.
