Notice Description
Southwark Council is publishing contract details notices for the provision of insurances coverage and associated services various insurance policies. The contracts are to last a maximum of 5 years. Southwark Council's contracts are for the provision of insurance covering the principal classes of Property, Casualty and Motor and some small, ancillary covers such as personal accident and school travel. The insurance policies scope was divided in the following lots: Lot 1 Material Damage and associated covers: - Material Damage - Business Interruption - Money - Specified All Risks - Works in Progress "All Risks" Lot 2 Property Owners and associated covers Lot 3 Combined Liability: - Employer's Liability - Public/Products Liability - Officials Indemnity - Professional Indemnity Lot 4 Crime Lot 5 Accident: Personal Accident / Business Travel Lot 6 School: School Journey Offsite Activities Lot 7 Computer: Computer Lot 8 Motor: Motor Fleet

Options: Cost assessment will represent 40% of the final assessment mark. Quality assessment will represent 60% of the final assessment mark. Renewal: The Insurance cover in all Lots is for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend for any period or periods up to a maximum of two (2) further years.
