Written representations should be sent icbteam@soeprocurement.nhs.uk The decision was approved by the following ICB boards/committees: HIOW Spending Control Group - 17th January 2025 HIOW ICB Procurement Group - 27th Feb 2025 No Conflicts of Interest were declared by those individuals making the decision. In reviewing the key criteria, the ICB considered the following to be the most important. Value. Integration, collaboration, and service sustainability. Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice. This was followed by quality and innovation and social value which were deemed to be equally important. This is because the nature of the service is to reduce health inequalities for those who are most likely to fall i.e. those living in deprived areas and with other health conditions.
