Summary of the contracting process

Sunderland City Council procured a short-term temporary supported housing service for single homeless people in central and south Sunderland who have support needs. The requirement is for accommodation, housing management and intensive support for residents who have been assessed as homeless. The Council is currently in the process of leasing a property for use as supported temporary accommodation for those found to be homeless. We require an intensive housing & support service which keeps residents and the local community safe and addresses residents support needs, allowing them to move onto independent living.
