Short-term, Temporary Supported Housing for Single Homeless Customers in Central / South, Sunderland with Support Needs
Notice Description
The Council is currently in the process of leasing a property for use as supported temporary accommodation for those found to be homeless. We require an intensive housing & support service which keeps residents and the local community safe and addresses residents support needs, allowing them to move onto independent living.

Renewal: At the Sole discretion of the Authority. 3 years from the Services Commencement Date with an option to extend for a further period or period up to 3 years in total
