Summary of the contracting process

The London Borough of Bromley procured an architect-led, multi-disciplinary consultancy team to support the Poverest Housing Development in Bromley. The services cover the project from RIBA stages 0 to 7, including strategic and architectural design, technical design and delivery support. The team is to provide the lead architect, principal designers for CDM and building regulations, landscape architecture, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, civil and structural engineering, planning consultancy, transport consultancy, ecology services including surveys where required, and acoustic consultancy including surveys where required.
