Notice Description

The contract will be for the delivery of Carers Support Services within the city of Coventry to ensure the Councils fulfilment of statutory responsibilities under The Care Act 2014 to support unpaid carers in Coventry. The services delivered under the contract will be for; Universal Carers Support Services, (Adult) Carers Assessment, Carers Peer Support and Carers Regulated Support.

Lot 1

Renewal: The initial term of the Contract will run until 31/03/2028 with an option to extend for a further 3 years to 31/03/2031, by mutual agreement, to an expiry date no later than 31/03/2031. The services will be subject of review in the autumn of 2027 and the results of those reviews will inform the Council's decision whether or not to offer any extension.
