Westminster City Council (WCC) wish to secure the services of a suitably qualified consultant to quality assure Health and Safety related surveys, assessments, and projects carried out by WCC's fixed term contractors to meet the statutory requirements by means of quality assurance on the Council's Shine system. The objective is the assisting and monitoring of the contractor to ensure that they provide dedicated, competent, and experienced surveyors, assessors, and supervisors to work on behalf of client WCC. The role of consultant is to review the assessments and surveys to assist in monitoring the performance of the contractor's surveyor to ensure compliance with Contractors own UKAS procedures, any specific WCC expectations and requirements and HSE regulations and guidance e.g.: HSG264 requirements.
