Hire of Plant with Operator (2026)
Notice Description
This procurement is to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of plant hire services with qualified operators. This framework will support operational requirements primarily for the Highways team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of essential works. The framework will cover the hire of various plant and equipment with operators, including but not limited to: JCBs and similar excavators Hydraulic breakers 6-wheeled and 8-wheeled tipper trucks Other plant machinery as required for highways maintenance and related works

Interested suppliers are invited to register on http://www.csw-jets.co.uk and express an interest in the "Hire of Plant with Operator" opportunity. We will be hosting a webinar to provide further details about the framework and the tendering process. Please confirm all dates you are available to attend, and we will advise which session(s) you are booked for: Wednesday, 3 December at 12:00 pm (midday) Friday, 5 December at 9:30 am You can confirm attendance by providing the names and email addresses of attendees either via CSW-JETS or by emailing sheree.wesson@coventry.gov.uk.
