The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 8 working days. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.' On the 14th May 2024 the Finance, Investment and Resource Committee approved this decision. Two committee members had a standing declaration of interest. The decision to award was made in line with the Conflict of Interest policy. The following criteria informed the decision: Quality and Innovation: 30% Value: 10% Integration, collaboration and service sustainability: 40% Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice: 10% Social Value: 10% Representations by providers must be made to jane.hamlet@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk within 8 working days from the publication date of this notice.
