Adults Long Term Home Support
Notice Description
The Council is re-commissioning it's Long Term Home Support Service, which provides support to adults through the provision of personal care and support delivered in peoples' own homes. Support will be delivered by adults CQC registered providers within the city, who will deliver services through competent and professional care staff to meet requirements under individual support plans. This will be based on eligible needs and aimed at supporting people to be independent and to achieve their maximum potential. Long term home support is a core adult social care service that meets statutory obligations under the Care Act (2014). The contract will be awarded under multiple lots/providers to support delivery across the city.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Cluster 1 - Holbrooks and Longford
Delivery to the Holbrooks and Longford areas of the city. Anticipated 1,838 care hours delivered per week.
Renewal: Extension option 1 - 19th January 2030 - 18th January 2032 (2 years) Extension option 2 - 19th January 2032 - 18th January 2034 (2 years)
Lot 2 - Cluster 2 - Foleshill and RadfordDelivery to the Foleshill and Radford areas of the city. Anticipated 1,786 care hours delivered per week.
